I'm so loving this nature trend this year, especially the tiny bee earrings buzzing all around  🐝🌸 Taken my mind off things lately, especially with the world wide pandemic! How are you all holding out? Delicious Healthy Immune Boosting Salad Recipe Hello luvvies, its special RECIPE TIME!! How are you all? Good I hope :) It's been a hectic day and had a good ol' favorite and late lunch! It's time to convince my immune system to boost up! Going to be a bit garlicky stinky (sorry, not sorry ;) lol ) Most of you know that I have a chronic illness Myasthenia Gravis, which means that I have no immune system, plus it has also caused me immense dysphagia. But I feel that this salad / meal really helps (tested and delish!) So if you love raw garlic, promise you will thank me! Enough small talk, here's the RECIPE: Boiled potatoes Boiled beetroot Boiled organic farm eggs Raw garlic Cypriot or Greek virgin olive oil (or any virgin olive oil you can find) 1/2 squeezed lemon Salt to taste Slice them up into chunky bite size pieces. (creating handmade jewelry of course!!  ), I'd like to wish everyone celebrating a Happy Thanksgiving! Let's be thankful for all the beauty in our lives, and by beauty I mean the love, our loved ones and being able to do what we love and be with whom we love. Let's be thankful for every day, hour and moment that we are able to walk, talk, eat and smile and all the other little daily things we take for granted. As many of you know, I have an auto-immune illness called Myasthenia Gravis. This has made it hard for me to do so many things, but also to realize that I have so many things to be grateful for, because I too took them for granted! Good evening from a still very warm Cyprus my sweet peeps!! I am so excited today because I accidentally fell upon this awesome tutorial from a lovely lady who makes awesome things!! Read on and have a lot of fun!
